These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and s555. Violation of the One Account Policy will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.
You agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and registered Pakistani mobile number. s555 reserves the right to suspend any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, and to request documentary evidence of any registered detail at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s555 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify s555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. s555 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
s555 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. s555 may also require KYC documentation at earlier stages where the company deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes.

The minimum deposit amount at s555 is Rs100 per transaction. s555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which s555 accepts no liability.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered exclusively in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individuals — are strictly prohibited. s555 reserves the right to reverse and void any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source and to suspend the recipient account pending investigation.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the s555 account balance within 15 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 15–60 minutes depending on inter-bank processing times. s555 is not liable for delays caused by external payment processing systems.
The minimum withdrawal amount at s555 is Rs500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player verification tier and are displayed within the account cashier section.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and registered account used for the original deposit. s555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different JazzCash numbers, alternative bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets. All promotional bonuses offered by s555 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
All bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before it converts to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion and typically range from x20 to x40 of the bonus amount. Meeting wagering requirements does not guarantee a profit — games carry a house edge.
While bonus credit is active in your s555 account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is Rs1,000 unless a higher limit is expressly specified in the promotion terms. s555 reserves the right to void any bet placed: at odds that were evidently the result of a manifest error; where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without completion within 48 hours; where the outcome is determined to have been influenced by prohibited conduct; or where the bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently left open after the relevant period of play had commenced.
A maximum payout limit per bet slip or per event may apply, as displayed in the betting interface. s555 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for specific markets or specific Players without providing a reason.
In-play (live) betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets, are subject to time delays between the live event and bet acceptance. s555 is not liable for results that differ from the outcome at the precise moment a bet was initiated where the bet was confirmed after a time delay inherent to in-play betting systems.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s555 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus credit is forfeited upon account closure.
Account balances — including both real money and bonus credit — may be forfeited in their entirety where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, identity fraud, or payment fraud. s555 will document the grounds for any such forfeiture decision and retain records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s555 platform for personal recreational purposes only. No Player acquires any ownership rights in or to any s555 intellectual property by virtue of account registration or use of the platform. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any s555 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s555's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the s555 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
s555 shall not be liable for: loss of profit; loss of winnings due to technical failure beyond s555's reasonable control; losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; losses arising from third-party payment processing failures; indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature; or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside s555's reasonable control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or cyber-attacks.
s555 collects, processes, stores, and protects Player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the s555 Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including CNIC details, mobile number, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used exclusively for account management, KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. s555 does not sell personal data to third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s555 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of law applies regardless of the Player's country of residence or the location from which they access the s555 platform.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and s555, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting s555 support and allowing a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — for s555 to investigate and respond to the complaint.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by s555's licensing authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Both parties waive their right to pursue disputes through court proceedings except as required to enforce an arbitration award.
All dispute communications, arbitration proceedings, and legal documents shall be conducted in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only — the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

When material changes are made, s555 will notify registered Players by SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or by email to their registered address, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the s555 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
